About
With over 13 years of clinical experience, I've dedicated my practice to helping individuals discover their innate capacity for healing and growth. My journey into counseling began with a deep curiosity about the connection between mind, body, and spirit—a philosophy that continues to guide my work today.
I believe that every person possesses the internal resources needed to overcome challenges. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where those resources can be accessed, strengthened, and applied. Whether through traditional talk therapy, clinical hypnosis, or mindfulness practices, I tailor each session to meet you where you are.
“The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.”

Combining cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to address the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Evidence-based practice and holistic wisdom are not opposites; they are allies.
The therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for transformation.
